Dr. Christina McGlashan
Family Chiropractor and Acupuncture Practitioner
Dr. Christina McGlashan is the Clinic Director of River Oaks Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, and was the clinic director and owner of Head to Toe Chiropractic and Wellness Centre in Brampton, Ontario for seven years. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Genetics and the University of British Columbia in her hometown of Vancouver, and subsequently went on to graduate with numerous awards and clinic honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and complete the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University in 2004.
After years of competing in volleyball, track and field, and curling Dr. McGlashan is putting her experience as an athlete and knowledge from the International Sports Sciences Diploma Program to good use in treating athletes of all ages and levels. She enjoys treating people from all walks of life, and all conditions that involve muscles, nerves, and joints. Dr. McGlashan treats patients from as young as one week old and up.
She is an avid learner who likes to stay up to date on the most recent advances in chiropractic, and has recently completed her Canadian Chiropractic Rehabilitation Fellowship. In addition, Dr. McGlashan holds special certifications for custom orthotics, and Webster technique, which is used for pregnant women, and uses a variety of techniques and treatments, such as:

Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Olinca Trejo is passionate about health promotion and integrative medicine, which has been exemplified through her community involvement, international health work, and holistic approach to health.
Olinca has a general family practice with special interest in women's health, chronic diseases, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, sports medicine and healthy and active weight loss. As a clinician, she focuses on combining groundbreaking scientific evidence-based therapies with the art and wisdom of traditional medicine to develop an integrative diagnosis and comprehensive, holistic treatment plan. By recognizing and honouring the uniqueness of every patient, Olinca provides an individualized approach to treatment by treating the underlying cause through the use of clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, homeopathy, diet/lifestyle counseling, and mind body counseling.
Olinca graduated with distinction from McMaster University with a Honours Kinesiology degree with a minor in Health Sciences. Following her passion for promoting health and improving the lives of people in her native country, she designed and led "Servicios Integrales de Nutricion y Kinesiologia Aplicada a los Albergues IMSS" in 2005. This community based program, based in oncology hostels within Mexico City, aimed at improving cancer patients' quality of life by educating and promoting healthy lifestyle choices in them and their family members. Motivated by the positive impact the program had in patients' recovery, Olinca was inspired to pursue her passion for holistic health and natural healing at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where she completed the four year naturopathic medical program.
Olinca is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Medicine (CAND) and is registered with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy - Naturopathy (BODT-N). She has traveled the world, learned from some of the most renowned experts in medicine, and participated in numerous speaking engagements to promote naturopathic medicine and healthy living.
Wanda Candolini
Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Sport Massage Therapist
Wanda graduated from the Canadian College of Natural Medicine in 2002, and has has completed additional training in Vodder Lymphatic Drainage, hot stone massage, and sport massage.
As a former instructor for the Massage Therapy Program at Everest College, she continues to educate on the benefits of massage through guest speaking for breast cancer support groups, work wellness days, and sport teams.
Wanda has worked extensively with individual athletes and sport teams, including participating as a member of the Core Medical Team for provincial and national competitions. In addition, Wanda has worked in medical clinics receiving first hand knowledge and training for massage therapy with clients recovering from breast cancer.

Eric Dormady
Registered Massage Therapist
Sports Injury and Deep Tissue Therapist
Eric graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (Honours). This passion for health led him to continue his studies at the Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington where he obtained his Massage Therapy diploma and his Sports Injury Therapy diploma. He has worked with a variety of populations, with specific interest in athletes. Experience includes 2 years as athletic trainer for the Burlington Braves, who play in the Canadian Junior Football League. He has also worked with athletes in other sports, including baseball, soccer, hockey, judo and gymnastics. Eric believes that maintaining health and wellness is the optimal way to limit pain, injuries and dysfunction. He will work with you to address your needs and minimize future problems.
Eric takes his interest in health with him wherever he goes. In his spare time he enjoys weight training, baseball and Frisbee golf. He was born and raised in Oakville and is excited to be a part of the River Oaks Chiropractic and Wellness team.
